I am trying to find ART WORK by Jane Russell. My family lived by Jane for the last few years and she gifted one of her self portraits to my family. I think it is an earlier work and I am interested to see others she may have painted.

My sister & I never got on but the one thing that we both had in common was Jane Russell in Son Of Paleface. We both nearly wet ourselves with laughter. Was her death really the end of the Hollywood dream. Sweet dreams Jane, so many people will remember you but celluloid will immortalise you.

Mr. Pritzker, I couldn't agree more. If only Hollywood thought about using Jane Russell in a Wonder Woman movie...she had the look and the physical presence to pull it off. But Howard Hughes had other ideas, apparently. Happy Birthday to one of the great women of Hollywood's Golden Age, by the way. May you have many more.

I am a big fan of TCM and always liked Jane Russell. After reading her biography I love her! Her ideas of this country then and now are right on. I am 53 years old and would have loved to have grown up in the 40's. Those were the best times. She said everything I would like to say about the Hollywood of Now. Stinks...The music, the movies....What a shame. Too many liberals and I never talk about politics. Jane Russell....you are the best! I wish there were more Jane Russells around. There are no more left that I know of. TCM thank you for saving my life. When I am feeling blue...there is always TCM and, of course the Bible, to spring me up! Wow, what a combination!

wow, had no idea she was still alive. Imagine the Band of Brothers used to watch her movies during the war. Wonder if they know she still alive.

I think Jane Russell is one of the most intellegent and amazing people to come out of Hollywood. She is a wonderful Christian and a strong Republican. Thanks Jane for being so strong!
